Join Gabrielle Rivero of Express & Release Therapeutic Dance for a six-week somatic workshop series exploring embodied healing, emotional expression, and collective care through movement. Whether you’re seeking connection, release, or simply space to breathe — this series offers a welcoming, affirming place to land.
No dance experience is required. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
This offering is sliding scale with a suggested donation of $50 for the full six-week course.
If you have the means, we invite you to contribute more to help offset the cost for another community member. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
