Dance at northstar: expression through movement
Dance at NorthStar is a celebration of healing, connection, and self-discovery. Our free and accessible programming includes practices like Express & Release, which uses the Lenae Release Method to help participants process and release emotions through movement. We’ve held sessions with Ifasina of Get Embodied, a joyful and inclusive class rooted in Pan-African traditions, designed especially for fat and disabled bodies but welcoming all.
